The last training night before Christmas is the highlight of the year for Lynx juniors, coaches and parents.
Fuelled by too many selections boxes the kids took on their coaches and skated rings around their parents. Even some of the SNL joined in for a scrim as its that much fun!
Kids were buzzing, parents loved it…but maybe not so much today when they discovered muscles they had long forgotten about!
